User Agreement

Welcome to Karo. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Karo mobile application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Karo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Karo is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Karo is an AI-powered image editing tool that allows users to generate new images by adding or replacing umbrellas on people in photos. The App provides features including:

• Uploading reference images of people and umbrellas to generate a new image where a person is holding or using an umbrella

• Uploading images and providing text descriptions to replace an existing umbrella with a newly described one

• Viewing and managing previously generated images through a generation history feature

The App uses artificial intelligence technologies to process images and text inputs in order to create new visual content.

3. User Content

When using the App, you may upload images, provide text prompts, and generate new images (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload it

• The content does not violate the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party

• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant Karo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App’s services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content

• Upload images of individuals without appropriate permission where required by law

• Violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Karo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Images generated by Karo are produced using artificial intelligence technologies based on user-provided images and text descriptions. Due to the nature of AI systems:

• Generated results may vary and may not always match the user’s expectations

• The App does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images for any specific purpose

Users are responsible for how they use or share generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, technology, features, and software, are owned by Karo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service; however, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App

• AI-generated results

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user content

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the service or other users.

You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
